Overview
KamoCRM schedules on whichever meeting backend your organization has chosen, and Zoom is one of them. Connect your Zoom account once and meetings booked anywhere in KamoCRM β from a contact, a deal, a support ticket, or the calendar β are created on Zoom under your own licence, using your own recording storage and your own compliance settings. The meeting still belongs to the CRM record: the join link, the attendee list, the recording, and the post-meeting summary all attach to the customer it was booked against. Nothing is proxied through Kamo, and your Zoom retention rules keep applying.
Common use cases
Book a Zoom meeting from a CRM record
Schedule from a contact, deal, or ticket and the meeting is created on your Zoom account with the invite going out through Zoom's own provider invites.
Recordings and transcripts on the customer record
Cloud recording, auto-record, and Zoom's transcript flow back to the CRM record, subject to the retention window you set.
Post-meeting summaries without rewatching
KamoCRM generates a summary from the meeting once it ends, so the outcome is on the record rather than in a video nobody opens again.
One security policy across every meeting
Waiting room, passcodes, join-before-host, authenticated-users-only, and end-to-end encryption are set once for the organization and applied to every meeting the CRM books.
