Overview
For organizations already standardized on Microsoft 365, Teams is the meeting backend that needs no new habits. Connect the tenant once and every meeting KamoCRM books β from a contact, a deal, a support ticket, or the calendar β is created as a real Teams meeting in your tenant, on your licences, under your conditional access and retention policies. Attendees get the Teams invite they expect. The CRM keeps the thread: join link, attendees, recording, transcript, and the post-meeting summary all attach to the record the meeting was booked against.
Common use cases
Teams meetings created from the CRM
Book from a contact, deal, or ticket; the meeting appears in your tenant with a normal Teams join link and a normal Teams invite.
Lobby and presenter policy applied every time
Lobby bypass scope, allowed presenters, and attendee camera and microphone rights are set once for the organization and applied to every meeting booked from the CRM.
Recordings and transcripts on the record
Teams recordings and transcripts flow back to the customer record within the retention window you configure, so meeting history sits with the deal rather than in a separate drive.
Post-meeting summary written back
The outcome of the call is summarized onto the record after it ends, so the next person to open the account does not have to watch anything.
